Welcome to the Mylo + Athena Web Site (“MYLOSHOP.COM” or “the Site”). Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of and purchase from our Site.

1. Terms of sale

   1. All orders are subject to availability and a confirmation email provided by MYLOSHOP.COM.

   2. All sales of items on MYLOSHOP.COM are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any conversion to other major currencies is available on the site, but these are indicative only. For international shoppers, your order total will be charged according to your credit card or bank's policy on international purchases.

   3. All prices stated on the site are not inclusive of postage and packaging charges. Please refer to the ‘Shipping FAQs’ for these.

   4. Product information on MYLOSHOP.COM are as accurate as we can make them to be. There may be mistakes in the information displayed but we are happy to offer exchanges or credits to your MYLOSHOP.COM account if you so wish.

   5. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on this Site. However the actual colours may vary depending on your monitor’s display.

2. Returns & exchanges

   1. Please refer to our ‘Returns Policy’ for the detailed policy.

   2. Sales items (items sold at discounted prices) – All sales items cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

   3. For all other items – merchandise returned unworn and with sanitary liner (for swimwear) must be accompanied with the original packaging, original tags intact and be in a saleable condition.

   4. Returns for refunds, exchanges or credit to your MYLOSHOP.COM account should be received within 21 days of invoice (i.e. date when your order confirmation email has been received). All returns, refunds, exchanges and credits to the MYLOSHOP.COM account are subject to customers paying for postage. This means that the refunded amount, or credit amount to your MYLOSHOP.COM account is equal to the purchase price of your item.

   5. Exchanges are subject to availability of substitute stock.

   6. Returns to MYLOSHOP.COM should be mailed preferably by registered mail. If you

3. Payment methods

   1. Payments can be made via all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD).

   2. All transactions will be charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

   3. From time to time the online payment gateway provider may require verification for the purposes of avoiding online fraud. We may therefore be required to request for your to fill in our Verification Form, and to provide us with a copy of your passport or photo identification

4. Shipping & Delivery

   1. Orders before 10 AM (GMT + 8 HOURS) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders after 10 AM (GMT + 8 HOURS) will be shipped the next working day.

5. Intellectual property and copyrights

   1. All information, graphics, data, text, photos on this Site (collectively the “Content”) are the property of MYLOSHOP.COM. You are expressly prohibited from using any Content from MYLOSHOP.COM without any prior written permission of MYLOSHOP.COM.

   2. The Site is a bespoke design for MYLOSHOP.COM. Any re-production of the design or any parts of the MYLOSHOP.COM Site is not allowed.
