Return Policy (Refunds & Exchanges)

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sales items (items sold at discounted prices).

For non-sale items, if you are not completely happy with your item, you can return within 21 days of the invoice date for either an exchange; or a refund.

Please ensure that you return your item is unworn, in its original packaging, with all original tags intact, and in a saleable condition. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery, or underwear, or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

When you return your item, we suggest you do this by registered post. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

You can choose to Refund, Exchange or Credit on your myloshop.com account. Please note that refunds will be paid to you net of ipay88 commission and postage costs.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited to your original method and currency of payment.

The refund will be processed once your items are received into our warehouse. This would typically take about 5-10 working days for returns from Malaysia, and 10 to 15 working days for returns from outside of Malaysia.

EXCHANGES
If you choose to exchange your item, as long as we receive the returned item in perfect condition (i.e in original packaging, tags intact, unworn and with hygiene strip for swimwear) and within 21 days of the invoice date, we will happily offer you an exchange subject to availability of the item you want in exchange of your returned item.

If the item that you would like to exchange for is out of stock, then we will offer you a refund, or a credit to your MYLOSHOP.COM account for the purchase price of your item.

Please note that we can only provide you with ONE exchange per item purchased.

CREDITS ON YOUR MYLOSHOP.COM ACCOUNT
If you choose to obtain a credit on your MYLOSHOP.COM account, the credit will be equal to the purchase price of your item, (i.e without any postage and packaging costs originally paid for). So for example, your item cost MYR 25. With postage, it was MYR 30. You returned it to MYLOSHOP.COM and requested for a credit to your account. The amount credited to your MYLOSHOP.COM account will be MYR 25.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  1. Fill up the Returns & Exchanges forms – this will be sent to you along with your purchase.

  2. Ensure that all the items which are being returned are in their original packaging and have all original tags intact.

  3. Please send the items via Registered Post and keep the Proof of Posting.

  4. Once we receive your items, we will check them to ensure that they have been unworn, and that they are in the original packaging with original tags intact. For swimwear we will make sure that the hygiene strip has not been removed.

  5. Once we are happy with the items we will process your refund, and this will show within 2-3 days of us processing your refund.
